Our company supports the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and the conventions of the International Labour Organization, striving to ensure fair and dignified treatment for every individual within and outside the company. Regularly convening labor-management meetings to ensure smooth communication between labor and management. Providing effective and appropriate employee complaint mechanisms to safeguard their basic rights.

Implementing labor safety and health regulations, conducting regular employee health checks, and establishing a healthy and safe workplace.
