1. Uses tinned annealed copper wires that is resistant to bending and flexing. The insulated was produced in a clean environment and irradiated with beta rays. Irradiated XLPE material can withstand harsh climatic conditions and has excellent mechanical properties.
2. Resistant to UV, ozone, drastic temperature changes, and chemical corrosion. The ambient temperature range of the product is between -40°C and 90°C. The maximum operating temperature of the conductor during normal use is 120°C.
3. TUV 2 PfG: Resistant to UV, weathing, against acid and alkaline solution, damp heat, cold impact shall be performed at -40°C. Complies with the 2PfG 1169 standard and obtained the TUV certification.
4. TUV EN, IEC: Resistant to UV, weathing, against acid and alkaline solution, damp heat, cold impact shall be performed at -40°C. Complies with the EN 50618 or IEC 62930 standards and obtained the TUV certification.
5. UL: Resistant to UV, complies with the VW-1 flame test, and is resistant to oil, cold impact shall be performed at -40°C. Complies with the UL 4703 standard and obtained the UL certification.
